Are there any additional fees?

The only additional fee to this amazing deal would be a tip for the driver. This is at your discretion and can be added directly to the invoice, or the driver can put out a tip jar for your guests to contribute to.

Tentative Shuttle Schedule on Day of the Wedding (With 1 Bus and 4:30pm Ceremony )

1. 3:10pm - First Pick Up at Salida Location

2. 3:30pm - Drop off at Howard Creek Farm 

3. 4:00pm - Second Pick Up at Salida Location

4. 4:20pm - Drop Off at Howard Creek Farm

5. 10:20pm - First Shuttle Back to Salida

6. 10:40pm - Drop off in Salida

7. 11:00pm - Second Shuttle Back to Salida

8. 11:20pm - Drop off in Salida

How do I book the Bus?

Booking the Bus

1. Fill out the form above. 

2. We will be in touch asap and send you a contract

3. A 50% deposit is required to hold the bus for your date. Do this ASAP! Our buses book out fast.

4. You will have your own Bus Event Portal with us to making the process organized and transparent.

5. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to event. 

Can we have alcohol on the bus?

You may bring bring alcohol onto the bus, just no glass. The party bus has a cooler on it, but you may need to bring additional coolers. There is space on the school bus for coolers. 

Can I book the bus for other transportation needs for the weekend?

Yes, if you need additional transportation (airport pick up, transport to Salida from the Front Range, etc.) we will give you a great rate because you are guests of the Howard Creek Farm. Once we start the conversation with you, we can taLK about all your transportation needs and rates. A "Full Weekend Rental" may be a great option.

Can I book one Party Bus and one School Bus

Yes. If you want to mix and match the party bus and school bus you can do that. It works well to make the Party Bus the "VIP" bus for the bridal party and close family and friends.
